I get to work with the best sales team in the area. Makes my job a lot easier!

It?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s the coolest place to live and work in London. Great bars, great restaurants and a wonderfully eclectic mix of people.

Humour and the ability to take the stress out of buying and selling property.

That we are not a bunch of number crunchers obsessed with figures but instead attach importance to a personal approach and forming relationships.

The intriguing blend of celebrities, international bankers and artists who mingle in a glamorous yet 'villagey' environment. The view from my office window is not bad either!

It's a truly international area with everything one could possibly need on the doorstep.

Warren Buffett, a fabulously successful and unique individual. Since he hasn't moved in 50 years he'd be a challenge to sell to!

I studied Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes for the last three years and have been working at BLM since September 09.

I'd like to think that I'm fun, reliable, positive and try to be a good listener who is supportive to those around me.

The office is full of characters and we have great fun with our work.

The fun and friendly atmosphere makes it a pleasure to come to work everyday. Westbourne Grove has some fabulous shops and boutiques that are too hard to resist!

Have been working in the central London lettings market for over 15 years with over 10 years experience in the Kensington and Chelsea Borough.

Fabulous period architecture, beautiful communal gardens, vibrancy of the area with a mixture of personalities and characters both local and international, great boutiques, bars and restaurants.

I have been in property for 3 years, working as a lettings negotiator in a country agency, with a short stint in residential sales.

Having worked in the industry for over 4 years and completed the ARLA exams and Technical Awards I am able to use my experience and knowledge to advise colleagues, Landlords and Tenants. I also bring enthusiasm, organisation and on occasion cakes!
