How long have you been in property?
Once a Derivatives trader in the City of London I swapped to agency with the demise of the LIFFE floor in the Spring of 2000 and have worked for Bective Leslie Marsh in Ladbroke Grove for 8 of my 10 years as an Agent.

What do you bring to the team?
Experience and genuine local knowledge. Estate agency is not easy and knowing my area intimately, having had years of experience both living and working on patch allows me to make calculated judgments on values and market movements.

What's the best thing about BLM?
The honest, genuine and human approach we have to our clients and colleagues.

What do you like about Ladbroke Grove?
I call it home, I love where I live, my wife loves it, my friends love it, who doesn't love it?

Anyone, as long as they're buying!

What do you bring to the team?
I enjoy working with so many different people on a daily basis, it encourages me to do the best I can for my clients with regards to their property decisions. Being from Scotland means I also bring a multi-cultural aspect to the team.

What's the best thing about BLM?
I enjoy the fact that we are not a corporate cog and yet maintain an air of professionalism. I have great working relationships with my colleagues and am entrusted with a lot of responsibility.

What do you like about Ladbroke Grove?
Ladbroke Grove is no Aberdeen but it is still buzzing with entertainment. Every day I see something different and meet interesting new characters. The office is right in the middle of a cultural hub; all it needs now is a haggis shop and a kilt tailor!

Sir Alex Ferguson and Sir Sean Connery.

How long have you been in property?
Since November 2009.

What do you bring to the team?
Energy, enthusiasm, knowledge of the best things to do and see in the area and great cups of tea.

What's the best thing about BLM?
The expertise, local knowledge and professionalism of all the staff along with the family atmosphere of the company.

What do you like about Ladbroke Grove?
The range of wonderful building in the area, in particular Edwardes Square and Holland Park is such a great space to relax!

Bective Leslie Marsh is my first taste of the property world.

What do you bring to the team?
I bring a fresh perspective and a readiness to learn about property. I also make a mean cup of tea.

Everyone is friendly, approachable and professional.

Portobello road is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢re going to get.

Harry Redknapp, Denzel Washington, Martin Johnson.

How long have you been in property?
About twenty five years!

What do you bring to the team?
Knowledge of commercial property including shops, offices, industrial, investment and development property and experience of working in residential sales and property management so hopefully I contribute towards our having all the bases covered.

What's the best thing about BLM?
It doesn't feel too formal or corporate, which suits the character of the area we work in.

What do you like about Ladbroke Grove?
It's always interesting. It's been the focus of so much news and media over the years. It's the people who make the place unique and who make it an enjoyable place to work.

How long have you been in property?
Since 2006 but I am new to the London property scene.

What do you bring to the team?
The luck of the Irish I hope!

Working with a great bunch of people who genuinely have a passion for what they do.

Portobello Market on a Friday and the odd celebrity sighting, LaLa from the Teletubbies being a particular favourite.
