I particularly like the fact that, despite London being one of the largest cities in the world, each of the areas we serve are villages in their own right with a distinct charm and character.

How long have you been in property?
I have been with the company for 15 years.

What do you bring to the team?
Stability, an understanding of the company and the passing of information onto staff. This is done by the knowledge I have gained over the years in working with BLM. I have also undergone training with ARLA and periodically attended industry led seminars.

What's the best thing about BLM?
The flexibility and non corporate regime. BLM has a common sense outlook, whilst still keeping within the legal framework set by the government and our industry regulators.

Head office is the engine of the company; it ensures other parts of the business are running smoothly.

How long have you been in property?
15 years in sales, lettings and property management.

What do you bring to the team?
A wealth of knowledge and experience with which to benefit both our customers and fellow colleagues. I have a bubbly personality and I am here to help the team run smoothly and efficiently.

What's the best thing about BLM?
The affable nature of all the people that make up BLM, I felt I fitted in very quickly!

The office has a great working atmosphere and the area is so cool with lots of nooks and crannies to explore.

About three and a half years.

What do you bring to the team?
Experience, drive and a good knowledge of west London. I deal with all aspects of property management whilst maintaining a sense of humour.

What's the best thing about BLM?
The people and the fact that it's a fairly small company making big strides.

The location is great! I like that the area feels familiar to me, it's a stones throw from some great parts of London and round the corner from Westfield...!

How long have you been in property?
I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ve been in the property industry from the age of 18, starting off in international sales and continuing in sales, sales progression, lettings and lettings accounts.

Everyone in head office is different in many ways, but we all gel as a team really well. I have a ?¢‚ǨÀúmust do?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ attitude, focus, organization and the drive to learn new skills gives me the positive vibrant team player role.

Working for a smaller company helps you focus on your strengths and weaknesses which inevitably drives you to success.

What do you like about Head Office?
Head office is never a dull office, there?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s always some event or someone?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s birthday, it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s a bonus to be in Ladbroke Grove but it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s the people here that make it such a good place to work.

I have been with BLM since 2008 but have worked in property since 2006.

A cheerful personality, efficiency and organisation, dealing with all pre-tenancy requirements so that our clients experience a smooth move-in and ensure that we are legally compliant within government legislation.

The very relaxed but helpful approach, knowledge within the field - not your typical estate or letting agent.

Since 2000.

I support and help all our offices, putting ideas into practice and making sure the offices run efficiently and smoothly.

The non corporate approach coupled with the personal, individual and friendly service.

I love the location. It is like a little village in the city; charming, trendy, cool and diverse.

How long have you been in property?
Since May 2010, although technically speaking I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m more on the design side.

What do you bring to the team?
With such a great array of properties it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s important to show off their best assets. I get our properties out in the public eye by designing the brochure layout and featuring them in the advertising pages of London magazines.

What's the best thing about BLM?
BLM has a brilliant character, I love the corporate events and the company socializing.

What do you like about Head Office?
Being right in the hub of all the local activity, as a designer if you are running out of creative juice all you need to do is walk outside the office and check out the visual aids of Portobello Road for a few minutes.
