Bective Leslie Marsh announces support for Brook Green Association

The Central London independent estate agent, Bective Leslie Marsh, announces its sponsorship of the Brook Green Association’s new Community Prize.

The Brook Green Association is offering an annual prize of £1000, which will be topped up by Bective Leslie Marsh’s Brook Green office. The prize will be awarded to any local school, voluntary organization, youth group or church group that carries out a new initiative making a positive environmental or social contribution to the Brook Green area by July 2008. John Higgins, who manages the Community Prize for the Association says, “This could be anything from the regeneration of a derelict garden, the organising of a local art exhibition or creating a five-a-side football league. We are asking local organizations to feel free to explore any relevant avenue and to make allowances for imagination.”

In congratulating the Brook Green Association on the new Community Prize, Bective Leslie Marsh’s Managing Director, Peter Rickenberg, said, “We’ve had a strong presence in Brook Green for many decades and have come to know many local residents who support the Brook Green Association and their wonderful activities. We are delighted to build on this support through this exciting new initiative.”

The Brook Green Association is a charitable, non-political organization aiming to preserve and enhance the character of the area while fostering a sense of community among residents. Bective Leslie Marsh Supports Top British Ironman Talent

Bective Leslie Marsh, the Central London independent estate agent, announces its sponsorship of the rising British ironman triathlete, Sam Renouf, a native of Exeter.

Peter Rickenberg, Managing Director of Bective Leslie Marsh, comments, “Sam is a superb athlete and we are proud that he will be competing with our endorsement. We salute excellence through charities and community events – sports, schools and the arts – as well as by recognizing top individual talent.”

Sam, 21, is the youngest member of the British elite long distance team and has been competing in Triathlon since the age of 17. This is his second season as a professional athlete, undertaken whilst studying for a degree in Politics at Loughborough University.

“The only drawback is the financial burden of training and studying full time. Without the support of Bective Leslie Marsh it would be impossible to achieve my goal of becoming Britain's top Ironman and I look forward to racing in the Bective Leslie Marsh colours at Ironman UK and at the British Championships in Dorset on August 19th.”


Bective Leslie Marsh announces support for new Independent Schools Show

The Central London independent estate agent, Bective Leslie Marsh, announces its sponsorship of the Independent Schools Show to be held November 2-3, 2007 in Battersea Park, London.

“The choice of school is a key driver for decisions made by home-owners about a family property. The Independent Schools Show is the perfect opportunity for face-to-face discussions on both of these important topics ”, according to Peter Rickenberg, Managing Director Bective Leslie Marsh. The estate agent will have a stand at the show to talk about the housing decisions that often go hand-in-hand with school and family planning.

The Independent Schools Show will bring more than eighty top UK independent preparatory and senior schools to one convenient London venue for the first time, providing parents with the opportunity to meet with numerous top day and boarding schools. Bective Leslie Marsh become major sponsor of Kensington Dragons Football Club

The Central London independent estate agent, Bective Leslie Marsh, is announcing its main sponsorship of Kensington Dragons Football Club who play in Kensington Memorial Park, St Mark’s Road, North Kensington, W10.

With several offices located in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Bective Leslie Marsh has long been established as a member of the local business community and is keen to support activities involving young people and neighbourhood-based events. Keith Rigby, Manager of Ladbroke Grove W10 office commented “This sponsorship is a good example of our strong local spirit. Bective Leslie Marsh announces support for Red Cross and Junior League

The Central London independent estate agent, Bective Leslie Marsh, announces its support of the British Red Cross and the Junior League of London, at two important events taking place this month.

The Junior League’s 28th annual Boutique de Noel takes place at Kensington Town Hall on November 13-14th, when monies raised are contributed to community organizations for holiday hampers, support for the aged, for the homeless and area charities. The Junior League is a voluntary group of women active in London since 1978 and dedicated to helping local families in need.

The annual British Red Cross Ball takes place on November 21st and is expected to raise over £600,000 for supporting the ongoing work to help people in crisis in the UK and overseas. The Ball has helped raise about five million pounds for the charity over the past ten years.
