SHORT LETS
A short let is a term for any period from more than one month but less than six months. The short let option gives you the flexibility to let your property at a premium rental for a period that wholly suits you. The type of tenant can range from a corporate tenant on secondment for a few months or a more local market where families have sold and are are looking to purchase but do not want to be tied into a long let. The film industry often look for a short let as filming can be initially for a couple of months but can overrun. Short let tennants will often want the properties to be fully furnished including linen and towels and often a cleaning service. Utility bills will be included and the property will be fully managed by the letting agent.
