If you are unsure about what’s involved when buying a property, this is completely understandable. After all, it’s not something you do every day. Fortunately it is something we do day in and day out so we can guide you through it with our cool, calm and quietly efficient approach.
Just let us know what you’re looking for by phone, online or in person and we’ll send you property details without delay.
Once you’ve selected the properties that most interest you, we’ll arrange a convenient time for you to view. We keep the viewing totally flexible; we can meet at the property, at a convenient local office or, if you live or work nearby, we can pick you up.
Once you’ve found your ideal home, we’ll put your offer to the seller (there’s no legal obligation at this point) and help put everything in place for you. Next: The contract. Click here for a brief summary of the legal process.
