Experience having worked in the area for 10 years and the industry for 18 years. The knowledge when it comes to chasing through sales, pricing properties and knowing how to get the right offers from the right buyer, including when to say the right thing and when to shut up. A sense of humour.

It has always been the people; an eclectic bunch of people working hard with purpose and plenty of humor.

I like the villagey atmosphere and variation in both property and people compared to other parts of Central London. I also love the Portobelo Road on a Friday (the diversity and vibrancy).

I really enjoy the friendly and professional working environment.

There are lots of aspects that I like about Notting Hill. The architecture is probably one of the main reasons and the fact that the streets are tree lined and although you are in central London sometimes it feels like you are in the countryside. Notting Hill has lots to offer in the way of bars, shops, restaurants which are all original, colourful and exciting. There is a really good vibe to the area and I can see why it is a sought after place to live.
