I’ve sold and let property all over London but this is the most consistently diverse and interesting place to work – never a dull moment.

Since August 2008, but I have been an agent in K&C for the last 5 years and an estate agent in general for the past 8 years.

Experience, patience, lateral thinking, fun, an understanding of people’s needs.
What’s the best thing about BLM?
The fact that I work with a team of experienced negotiators, not young graduates who know nothing about property. Everyone seems happy and wants to do the best for their clients.
What do you like about Ladbroke Grove?
I was born in St Mary’s Hospital (Paddington) and I have always lived in these parts, and love it. My last family house in the UK was on Leamington Road Villas and my wife grew up on St Marks Road. I also own a flat on Lonsdale Road and I feel very much at home in Ladbroke Grove/Notting Hill. I love the contrasts and being around the corner from Portobello Road is fantastic.

You meet so many of them in this part of London it is hard to say.
