Our “refreshingly different” approach is based upon a solid belief in each and every person’s unique ability to make good business decisions and play an important role in developing the culture of the company. This way we end up with a large resource of talented staff completely unlike the production line approach so many of our competitors adopt.
What do you like about Head Office?
I particularly like the fact that, despite London being one of the largest cities in the world, each of the areas we serve are villages in their own right with a distinct charm and character.

What do you like about the Business Development & Marketing office?
I love working on Kensington High Street with the shops and restaurants, and being so close to Holland Park. It’s a great area for places to eat or having a drink after work. It’s also really nice that our office has a strong friendly team that work very closely together.

The friendly and calm atmosphere and people.
What do you like about Ladbroke Grove?
The variety of properties in the area and also the fact that I seem to discover a new shop or café each time I’m out and about. I like the contrast of the busy areas such as Portobello Road and Ladbroke Grove against the properties tucked away in quiet residential roads, just a short walk away. There are a lot of stunning properties and everywhere is so easily accessible, once you know your way around!

The affable nature of all the people that make up BLM, I felt I fitted very quickly like an old sock.

It’s so cool and groovy with lots of nooks & crannies to explore. Also some beautiful properties based in an iconic area of London’s culture
